Representation without Taxation

Why do we allow people who pay no taxes vote in our elections?  There are even people voting who receive a check at tax time rather than having to pay any tax.  Allowing these parasites to vote is sheer left-wing insanity.

Also, there should be rigorous identification procedures at the voting booths to keep illegal aliens and other criminals from voting.  The so-called "motor voting" provisions should be eliminated as they encourage voting by people who do nothing to support America.

Who pays for demonstrators to support illegal aliens?

According to the Washington Times newspaper today it is the Ford foundation, theCarnegie Corporation, George Soros and the Rockerfeller foundation that provide the money to keep the protesters favoring illegal aliens on the streets.  All of these organizations have long term histories of supporting illegals, prisoners and other left-wing causes.  The money is funneled through what are called "front line organizations" such as La Raza and the ACLU.  This serves to keep the names of the real source of money hidden.

You should know that the foundations have a much more favorable income tax rate than we as individuals do.  That is, the government is extorting our money to subsidize the foundations who, in turn, subsidize the support of illegal immigration.

This is just another example of our politicians working against the people that elected them.  Let's hope we get a little smarter for the next election.

No need for "tamper proof" ID

The President, pimping for the immigration bill, boasts about a "tamper proof" national ID card.  We don't need such a card.  The President will say anything in an attempt to pass the terrible Senate bill.  The card, which would never be tamper proof, solves no problem.  The problem is that American employers do not want to know that the person they are hiring at low wages is illegal.  If the employers would support the existing law simple measures are available now.

For example, can the job applicant speak any english?  How about a simple reading aloud test.  For example, "Read me the first 4 pages from this book about Snow White."

When we do not enforce the laws that we have on the books now our politicians are deceptive when they pretend that laws proposed for the future would be obeyed.  The battle is really between the American people and American business seeking ever increasing profit by exploiting both the illegal aliens and the American people who must pay the health care, welfare, and education bills of the illegals.  The business tactic, which is having much success, is to buy the votes of our politicians.

Who pays the senators to support amnesty?

The Senate immigration bill is so absurd, so anti-American, that one wonders why it gets any support in the US Senate.  How can a US Senator benefit by supporting amnesty for illegal aliens and the continuing importation of the least qualified of the Mexican poplulation?  There is really only one answer and it is money.  Lobbyists clearly are providing money to the senators so that they can reinforce their expectations of re-election.  And these lobbyists are getting the money from corporate supporters.  The votes to continue providing cheap, exploitable labor have been bought and paid for.

We need some enterprising investigative reporting about the identification of the people behind the curtain who are supplying the money required to buy an amnesty bill.

Bush to Wolfowitz

As George Bush said to both Wolfowitz and Rumsfeld before him, "Don't worry, trust me, I've got your back."  So it is with the illegal aliens.  Bush betrays the country and his oath of office as he tries to picture the aliens as just hard working, respectable people to whom we OWE welfare, hospitalization, social security, welfare, earned income tax credits, etc.  He would sell American citizenship for $5000 and be happy with that.  How many of our troops believe that they are over there fighting for a citizenship that can be bought for $5000?

He looks you in  the eye and says, "We need these good hard working people to do the jobs that Americans refuse to do."  He follows this with, "Just because we forgive and reward illegal acts does not mean I am in favor of amnesty.

Are Americans inferior to Japanese?

ARE AMERIANCS INFERIOR TO JAPANESE?

Do you believe that our American machinists and welders and die makers are all inferior to the Japanese? Do you believe that our unions are so pernicious that they will not let our workers be effective? Do you believe that all American engineers, chemists, and designers are inferior to all the Japanese? Do you believe that all the managers and leaders of the American automotive industry are incompetent and stupid? Have they no idea how to build and sell cars after 200 years of experience? Apparently our own government, the American government, believes this because they make no attempt to slow and reverse the destruction of the American automotive industry.

In our state we have lost tens of thousands of automotive jobs in the past few years. The phrase “in excess of 20000” has been in the newspapers. These are just the workers themselves, it makes no recognition of the destruction of the thousands more in families that formerly led middle class lives, played by the rules, paid their taxes, and fought to defend America.

Now our politicians, who we allow to reside comfortably in Washington praise the new Japanese factories that pay $14/hour jobs that have replaced the $37/hour jobs we once had. They claim that we can do nothing to protect our people because we signed up with the World Trade Organization. If we signed with them, we can cancel. Our representatives in Congress feel that the fired Americans, if they cannot live on $14/hour, should become computer scientists or brain surgeons or something that pays well. The politicians do not even recognize that the Japanese cars are not being built in America; they are being assembled with Japanese engines, transmissions, electronics, etc. Our American automotive supply system is gone; just look at Delphi and Ford.

There is an answer to this travesty and it is simple. Congress should pass a law that requires that every car and truck sold in America must be completely built in America. Not simply assembled from Japanese or Korean or Chinese or German parts but entirely built in the United States. Our politicians will say, “but the Asians and the Europeans will be upset.” I say, “Let them be upset. We have been supporting them for too long.”
